Rugby Action

TFIS has developed a partnership with the Caledonia Rugby Academy as all the TFIS Rugby players are from Caledonia. 

Working closely with Colin Robertson, the Caledonia Academy Coach a package of support has been developed to ensure the players access the best possible support in all areas. The Academy provides one to one coaching sessions and overall programme management.

TFIS provides strength & conditioning, sports medicine, nutrition, psychology and performance lifestyle services.
